Returns are always free-of-charge when opting for “return to store” or “return by courier” (using our courier, SDA, and the pre-paid label found inside the parcel).

If you return all the items in your order, you will be refunded their cost (minus any discounts) plus the shipping cost; if, on the other hand, you only return part of your order you will be refunded the cost of the items you have chosen to return, minus any discounts.

You have 14 business days from the receipt of your delivery to request a return.

The goods must be returned within 14 days of the activation of the returns procedure.

You can activate the returns procedure for any purchases made on the website by accessing “My Profile” and clicking on “Returns and Exchanges”..

After activating the procedure, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been received.

When you make a return you will receive a refund of the amount paid via the same method of payment, not an exchange. The returns procedure can be activated starting from the day following receipt of the delivery, and no later than 14 business days following its receipt.

How to make a return

Return by courier

If you prefer to make the return by courier, when you access the “Returns and Exchanges - Returns Procedure” section in “My profile”, select “Return by courier”.

Wrap the item(s) using the original packaging, and contact the courier on 199.113.366 to agree a collection time. Remember to put the new label found inside the parcel on top of the existing SDA label. In the original parcel you will also find a collection receipt: get the SDA courier to sign it on collection, and keep it.

Remember that in the case of payment on delivery, when you activate the returns procedure you must give the IBAN number of the current bank account you want the refund to be paid into. N.B.: make sure the number is correct. The refund will not include the cost for the payment on delivery.

We will then check your return, and if it is as declared we will make the refund via the method of payment used.


How do I get my refund?

When the item(s) have been returned to a store or by courier, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the request for a refund, with the amount you will be refunded. If you made the purchase using PayPal, it will be refunded to your account; if you used a credit card, it will be refunded directly to your card; if you used payment on delivery, it will be refunded to your bank account using the IBAN number you provided.

In the case of a purchase using a Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to your card. So remember not to throw it away before checking your purchase. You will find the refund in your account or on your card 4-5 business days after the e-mail confirming the return, depending on your bank.

If you used a promotional coupon when making the purchase, the amount of the coupon will not be refunded: only the difference between the value of the coupon and the cost of the purchase will be refunded.
