Discount Voucher
Occasionally, we send personalized promotional communications to customers who have given consent to marketing and profiling activities (preferences can be updated at any time by accessing your MyAccount under “Privacy and Preferences”).

Discount vouchers are personal and addressed only to the recipients of the communication; they are not transferable to third parties.

These promotions may include either:

• a value-based voucher (e.g., €10 off with a minimum purchase of €30), or
• a percentage-based voucher (e.g., 10% off).

Use of these vouchers may be subject to specific conditions such as:

• validity period
• purchase channel (e.g., online only)
• registration in the loyalty program (with a loyalty card or logged-in account)
• applicable products (specific collections, categories, included/excluded items)

To use a voucher online, enter the provided coupon code in the “Promotional Code” box at checkout.

For value-based vouchers, the discount is proportionally distributed across all eligible items in the order.

Free Shipping
Shipping costs are waived:

• for all customers enrolled in the loyalty program who have reached Elite level;
• occasionally, for all orders on the website during specific promotional periods;
• or for selected customers through distribution of a coupon code, valid upon registration, online only, for a limited time. In these cases, we send personalized communications to customers who have given consent to marketing and profiling activities (preferences can be updated at any time in your MyAccount under “Privacy and Preferences”).

Free shipping is applied to the entire order during the first step of order checkout (after clicking “Proceed with Order” and selecting “Home Delivery”) and is shown in the order summary under “Shipping Discount,” with the discounted amount highlighted in red.

Is Your Voucher Not Working?
There may be several reasons:

• Only one promotion can be applied per purchase
• Coupon codes cannot be combined in a single order
• Promotions cannot be combined
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards
• Most vouchers require participation in the loyalty program (free of charge, via loyalty card or logged-in account)
• Terms and conditions may vary depending on the voucher—please read them carefully when you receive a code to ensure all requirements are met
• Some codes are valid only for specific customers or countries
• If you received the code via email, it may be linked to that specific email address. In this case, you must use the code while logged in to the account associated with that address.
