METHODS FOR PROCESSING

With this policy on the processing of personal data (the “Policy”), drafted pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (hereinafter, the “Privacy Regulation”), Miroglio Fashion S.r.l., in its capacity as autonomous data controller (“Miroglio” or the “Controller”) would like to inform you that it will process the personal data provided by you (the “Data”) in order to make it possible for you to participate in the loyalty programme (the “Loyalty Programme”), in accordance with the provisions thereof and the terms and conditions of use of the fidelity card(the “Regulation”). We would also like to inform you that the Miroglio Group has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who resides at the following address: Miroglio Group - Data Protection Officer, Via S.   1. Origin and type of the processed Data. Miroglio will process the following categories of Data that you have provided: a) identification data; b) contact details; c) data related to the purchases you have made from our points of sales and/or on our websites.
  2. Purpose of the processing of Data Miroglio will process your Data for the following purposes:
    1. Purchase and Participation in the Loyalty Programme: online trading on the Website of the brand “Fiorella Rubino” of products signed by said brand and provision of any other services that are related to such trading; fulfilment of obligations arising from the Regulation, for the purpose of issuing a loyalty card, either physical or electronic, identifying the owners of the card and the provision of services reserved to the owners thereof;
    2. Legal and contractual obligations: in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and with the Regulation, also in order to prevent and identify any abuse, illegal use, offences or fraud;
    3. Marketing: with your consent and in consideration of the interest shown by the customer to receive updates concerning products and events organized by Miroglio, also in compliance to what indicated under the Regulation, we will periodically send you commercial, informational, promotional and/or advertising material via automated (e-mail, web, SMS and/or MMS, phone calls without an operator) and/or non-automated tools (printed mail and phone calls with an operator), as well as material related to market research and initiatives organised by Miroglio;
    4. Definition of your customer profile: with your consent and in consideration of the interest shown by the customer to receive updates concerning products and events organized by Miroglio, we will analyse your purchases and choices, in order to get a better understanding of your selections and preferences and consequently offer you, via automated decision-making and profiling tools, personalised services in accordance with your specific needs and characteristics.
    5. The processing of your Data for the purposes under (a) and (b) is a requirement for your participation in the Loyalty Programme; consequently, if you do not provide your consent, you will not be able to participate in the Loyalty Programme. On the contrary, the processing of your Data for the purposes under (c) and (d) is subject to the obligation of obtaining your prior optional consent.

    • for the purposes of paragraph 2, letter (b), the Data will be retained for a period no longer than the period allowed by the legal and/or taxation regulations (therefore, without prejudice to the exceptions expressly provided by law, for a period no longer than 10 years);
    • for the purposes of paragraph 2, letters (c) and (d), the Data will be retained for the entire duration of the Loyalty Programme or until you will inform us about your intention to withdraw your registration to the Loyalty Programme. If the Loyalty Programme will have a duration lower than 2 years, the Data will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years since the consent has been given or renewed. In any case, if the Controller has ascertained the lack of your continuous interest to receive updates about products and events organized by Miroglio, the Data will no longer be retained.
